I read in the one post that you were in southwest PA and W. Virginia spotting. We had a few tornado warnings north of Pittsburgh with a possible touchdown in Venango county. That has not been confirmed yet.

Very nice collection of photos. I also stopped by your site and kudos to all your hard work. Then again it is not work when it is your passion.

I know you've done some hurricane chasing, intercepting, whatever you'd like to call it; I was wondering if you had any tips on what you brought, what you may have needed, anything that might help me. My dad and I have a tenative plan to take maybe 5 days to a week to try to do some photograhy and chase/spot the storm after landfall, and It'll kind of be a thrillseeking trip, but we will be prepped for anything that might happen. I do plan on staying away from any place that could end up a bad place to be post-storm.

It's good! it's also cold... i've been reading , playing with my nintendo ds, and watching tv...and dealing with the snow, which was on New Year's eve...we still have snow from that storm... we ended up with 5 inches of snow...
