Default Texas Panhandle Hail

This is a little bit deceptive, but still impressive. The hail actually appears to have been piled up by flood waters.

But it pales in comparison to this hail which fell in NM in 1993.

Most of it is "small" hail, thank goodness.

The worst that I have personally witnessed was nearly a foot of golfball hail in Western Kentucky.

The largest hail stones that I have witnessed was baseball size.
