I'm keeping an eye on it and everything behind it. Every one of these that passes through the tropical birthing grounds further saturates and de-stablizes the atmosphere for the next one. I think it will become rapid fire in August.

Exclamation STORM 90 UPDATE

For the north atlantic...caribbean sea and the gulf of mexico...
200 pm 1800 utc update

a large low pressure system centered about 875 miles west-southwest
of the cape verde islands is moving westward to west-northwestward
at 5 to 10 mph. Shower and thunderstorm activity is gradually
becoming better organized and a tropical depression may be forming.
If this current development trend continues...then advisories on
this disturbance could be initiated as early as this afternoon or
evening. There is a high chance...80 percent...of tropical cyclone
formation during the next 48 hours.

It now has been given an 80% chance of development by the NHC.

You mean the Atlantic...

hot link (non-static image).

Looks to be a fish storm, models have been moving the track more to the north each run.
