If the above is what your referring too and he did use the means
of communication he says he did, how else would he of answered?

I agree that it some what reinforces the "ham" side of Skywarn but
it is a truthful answer.

The term "It's all done by amateur radio" is how he does or has done it.
Not that its the only way. At least I didn't take it that way.

It never hurts to put the plug in for non-hams as well.
After all, our group we all non-hams a few years back.
Now it's another great tool in the tool box.

We end up using a combination of Ham and cell phones.
But we use the business band the most when working with the
EOC here.

I know that, but it can be taken a number of way.

I do my magic tricks with wires. Thus "its all done with wires".

You do the same magic tricks with strings, thus "its all done with strings".
